On Barolo III there is only your party, up to 12 guests, and a crew of three: your captain, Helge as your host, and a chef. Helge grew up on these waters. He knows which bay is still in the afternoon, where the seals lie on the rocks and how close the yacht can go beneath a waterfall. We stop the engines beneath Hengjanefossen, lay the table on deck and let the waterfall do the rest.
